Working as a principal designer to a group of Investors. And handling a team of 10 architects and a 3D designer to collaborate on various projects.Responsible for the complete projects right from the conceptualisation upto the completion stage. Assist the client in design themes based on which we weave the concept of their residences and other properties. Also work in co-ordination with the client's SPOC to get the process of tendering, shortlisting and selections of various agencies to work on the project.Choosing all materials and F&F, Vendor management, Project management with periodic site inspections to ensure the work is being executed on time, as per the drawings and delivering the quality.

Worked as a Senior Designer responsible for a team of 4 designers , 3D team along with 2 FF&E designersPost taking charge of an excellent set of individuals. The Immediate principal responsibility i was tasked was to take over the projects which were running behind schedule and where the client's were very unhappy with the progress of the design team. Identified the causes of the delay and subsequently reported the same to either the client or to the senior management (where ever the case lied) and worked in tandem with the team, the client as well as the vendors to get the projects goings. Started my Career with one of the premier construction management firm which also dealt with design management as well. During my tenure with the Organization, i was part of a team who undertook the task of design management for the T1D domestic terminal at IGI Airport, New Delhi. Apart from this, large scale projects such as Master Planning of Chemical SEZ for Jubilant Organosys at Bharuch ,Gujarat. Design for the Administrative block for the Kalapakkam Nuclear power plant.
