• Translate business requirements into concise statements of work, solicit bids, and oversee auctions on Bravo.• Manage over 115 contracts totaling $20 million in expenditure, aligning strategies to facilitate vendor rationalization within the category.• Issue RFPs, assess responses, conduct benchmarking, negotiate commercial terms and payment schedules, and finalize contracts.• Develop category strategies utilizing trend analysis, project and resource management, opportunity assessment, market benchmarking, spend analytics, supplier and stakeholder management.• Provide support to UK-based clients and extend assistance to Republic of Ireland sites.• Act as a liaison between vendors, site teams, finance departments, and management to ensure prompt vendor payments.

• Monitor and analyze industry trends and best practices, implementing relevant strategies for the assigned commodity area.• Provide support to North American and APAC regions.• Efficiently manage and optimize sourcing support activities while ensuring compliance with client's corporate standards.• Utilize ARIBA GUIDED BUYING, ARIBA ON DEMAND, CONTRACT CREATION, and VENDOR ONBOARDING (Raising VMR).• Develop and assess scorecards for evaluation purposes.• Conduct industry benchmarking and prepare market intelligence reports independently.• Generate requisitions in response to requests from PRMs and stakeholders.• Process purchase requisitions into purchase orders using SAP MM and Ariba.

• Responsible for developing sourcing strategies for products and services.• Analyze historical spending data to identify trends and assess the applicability of CPI to contracts.• Review and create contracts, SOWs, Exhibits, Change Orders, and NDAs to ensure alignment with placed orders.• Generate reports for expiring contracts, renegotiate payment terms, rates, and expiration dates, and focus on contract renewal for multiyear terms.• Ensure compliance with contracts/agreements and vendor enablement.• Source products and services based on stakeholder requests and initiate RFPs or RFQs.• Raise purchase requisitions, onboard vendors, and extract monthly reports of expiring contracts for negotiation of renewal terms and pricing.• Create Info Records, Purchase Groups, and Material Master Data.• Manage auto PO fixations and pull-out GR reports, responsible for resolving issues related to quotes, invoices, and rate cards.
