Responsible for planning, controlling and execution of Light Weight Tractor Platform.

- Cross functional detailed project planning and timelines preparation- Identifying critical activities/milestones and working out granular plans for expediting of same- Negotiating timelines or schedules with relevant Departments as per necessity.- Driving NPD deliverables for each stage- MMPR (Monthly model progress report) preparation for reporting critical model related activities to management. - Drive NPD gate clearances as per defined process and responsibilities- Driving daily project activities as per project timelines and debottlenecking- Risk identification and timely escalation of concerns- Periodic Product and Project Budget monitoring and controlling- Generate project MIS for internal reviews- Publishing project completion report

- Responsible for planning and controlling of projects in agreement with the Platform Leader/Project Lead.- Planning and execution project structure incl. carry-over/commonality expectations.- Planning and monitoring the progress and completion of D-Flows which are related to the projects.- Identifies critical milestones and working out for timely completion.- Freezing Business Case for the projects with Finance Team.- Following up the development of parts from proto stage to fully tooled-up parts.- Monitoring and controlling of Project Cost.- Confirm manufacturing related issues during development and incorporate them into design of the products.- Negotiating timelines or schedules with relevant Departments as per necessity. - Ensures inclusion of quality improvements in new developments, confirm adherence of parts to design specification.- Generating project MIS for management reviews and Gate Clearances as per timeline.

- Coordinate activities of new product development across Designing, purchasing, manufacturing and quality in time bound plan. - Controlling activities as per master build up plan and Conduct regular project review meetings to identify and manage project risk across all the departments at company level.- Assisting Project Leaders for Quality/Cost/Delivery/Management/Safety control of project.- Negotiating timelines or schedules with relevant Departments as per necessity.- Conducting Evaluations for obtaining necessary approval of various project stages.- Monitoring & Controlling overall development schedules w.r.t Manufacturing Plans.- Monitoring timely design change implementation and part list control during model maturation.- Confirm trial events problem analysis and speedy C/M implementation before next trial lot.- Compile previous model mass production issues and propose design changes at Development stage for New Models.- Carrying out Geba (Discussions) with R&D for smooth carrying out of Engineering Change Requests.

- Virtual Verification of Car Parts/Assembly Processes on CATIA & DPM during New Model Development Stages.- Formation Of Assembly Process Drawings and Assembly Operation Sheets (OPS) of New Models.- Verification of Assembly Processes on Car during New Model Development & Trial Events.- Analysis of Problems faced during New Model Trial Events.- Ensure prevention of reoccurrence of Base Model Problems in New Model.- Identify root cause and provide corrective actions for product quality issues.- Ensure closure of Problems observed during Development Phase and smooth transition of New Model to Mass Production phase.- Coordination with R&D, Production & Quality departments for improvement in the quality of CBU & meeting time deadlines.- Providing Countermeasures to the problems faced during Assembly & raising Change Request Forms.- Monitoring Regular Design Changes & Updation of Assembly Drawings Accordingly.

- Worked on Product Improvement projects for Ag Crop spray, FLUID MOTION platform of Flow Technologies.- Worked on Engineering Change Notifications (ECN) which involves design modifications, productimprovement and changes in specification.- Familiarized with Spray Tips / Nozzles.
