I help to promote the sales of digital as well as paper Charts & Publications at Elcome. Manage the sales accounts of Charts & Publications customers and meet client requirements thereby improving department sales is my major role.In addition to the above primary responsibilities, I prepare Quotations, Invoices for local as well as worldwide customers and Good Received Notes (GRN) of incoming consignments using the Great Plain (GP) software developed by Microsoft implementing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP).Designing database programs as per company requirements, acting as a point of contact between the company and its existing/potential customers and representing Elcome at trade exhibitions, events, seminars, and demonstrations also fall under my job responsibilities.

Regularly update Admiralty Charts as per Notices to Mariners received from the UKHO (United Kingdom Hydrographic Office) and maintains them up to date. Handle the Folio of all the vessels of all the companies under Elcome’s Folio Management System.Respond to received customer enquiries via telephone calls and emails.Handle the Charts and Publications sales to Elcome overseas branches.Dispatch customer orders via courier or company transportation.Handle the walk-in cash Clients for Charts and Publications.Maintain proper stock of charts and publications shipments received.

Providing support for ISP (Reliance), Working Experience on DIA, Leased lines and L3 VPN for Enterprise users across India. Assist with First Fault Diagnosis for Service affecting and non-service affecting Issues like Routing issues, Link down, High Latency, Intermittent loss of services, Link Flapping, slow speed, Low throughput by monitoring PE and CPE routers In RDN (Reliance Data Network).With the analysis on wan to wan end status.All over India technical support for resolution of Critical/ Major Faults & escalated faults from variousgroups all over India as well as International like ITMC , ENOC , IDC , FlagTimely Escalation of Service Requests to respective teams to maintain Service Level Agreement (SLA)Interacting with SME customers in critical issues, and troubleshooting online. Providing Root CauseAnalysis (RCA) of service affecting faults. Multitasking and understanding workflow management to efficiently handle multiple requests are my strengths.
