I am currently pursuing a graduate certificate in Project Management from Algonquin College of Applied Arts and Technology, where I am learning how to plan, execute, and monitor complex projects in various domains. I have a keen interest in applying my project management skills to the customer service industry, where I have over two years of experience.My most recent role is as an employee at Popeyes, where I deliver high-quality service to customers, handle orders and payments, and ensure food safety and hygiene standards. Previously, I worked as a customer service representative at Amazon, where I achieved 10+ positive surveys and feedback within a day, assisted customers with Amazon features, and supported my team and supervisors. I have also worked as an assistant accountant and a business analyst, where I gained skills in administration, communication, and data analysis.
