I am the Head of HR Operations at FMS Infratech, a leading infrastructure development company. I oversee the HR functions of the organization, ensuring the alignment of HR policies and practices with the company's vision and values. I work with senior management and cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective HR strategies and initiatives, such as talent acquisition and retention, performance management, compensation and benefits, training and development, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement and satisfaction. I also manage the HR budget, compliance, and reporting, and provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR-related matters.With over two years of experience in HR, I have successfully handled various HR projects and tasks, such as hiring and onboarding, employee benefits and payroll, performance tracking methods, legal expertise, and HR records. I have also improved the HR processes and systems, such as the HRIS and the ATS, to enhance efficiency and accuracy. I have a passion for learning and growing in the HR field, and I am always eager to take on new challenges and opportunities. I have a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from The Bhawanipur Education Society College and a Diploma in Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management from NAEMD.
