As a former founder of a non-profit organization, early-stage Chief of Staff, and EA to multiple startup CEOs, I’ve gained a wealth of experience working in the exciting and sometimes overwhelming space of starting and scaling businesses. I started my career in the influencer beauty space, working for Deepica Mutyala, the founder of Live Tinted. During this time, I honed my marketing skills in managing campaigns for large-scale brands like Dior, Head and Shoulders, and Lord & Taylor. I gained extensive knowledge driving SEO metrics for micro-influencers and creating creative sets for social media campaigns. This experience ignited my passion for social media management and influencer marketing, which I now do for my brand. After returning to the Bay Area, I ventured into real estate, managing all digital marketing and operational functions for a Keller Williams company, The Asturias Group. During this time, I founded and operated my non-profit organization, Period.24. I successfully partnered with companies like LinkedIn, Cora, The SF LGBT Center, and multiple youth shelters to address period poverty and promote inclusive sexual education.Transitioning to the tech industry, I gained expertise in business operations at Kojo Technologies, a construction tech company. I played a key role in scaling all aspects of their business operations, taking the company from 10 to 100+ employees in just two years.I launched Simran Nath LLC in 2022 to understand the stories of incredible people changing the world and how I can help founders scale their businesses. During this time, I served as the chief of staff for Noula to pursue my passion for working in women’s health further. Outside of my professional pursuits, I enjoy cooking, reading, writing, and traveling. I strongly believe in community-building and do this by sharing my insights and reflections as an immigrant woman navigating life through my social media platforms.
