• Training/Briefing of the Project managers reviewing overall objectives, screener, survey, quotas and expectations in terms of respondent levels.• Further train the Quality Managers whose job is specifically qualify, verifying tapes and validating respondents via phone. • The Quality Team sets up a process and Quality Guidelines and further trains the research associates interviewing the respondents. They listen to the tapes, make validation calls and provide feedback to supervisors and interviewers. • Conduct daily briefing/training before the start of the day, which encompasses any feedback or update coming from the Client/Quality Team/Project management team
