With a Bachelor's degree in Nursing from Monash University, I have been working in the aged care sector for over five years, advancing from a Personal Care Assistant to a Residential Services Manager at Benetas. In my current role, I oversee the clinical and operational aspects of the residential aged care facility, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services to the residents and their families. I am passionate about improving the wellbeing and dignity of the elderly, and I have led multiple initiatives to enhance their physical, mental, and social health. For example, I implemented a wellness program that increased the resident satisfaction rate by 35% and reduced the staff turnover rate by 20%.
