I am a student at Conestoga College pursuing my studies in Human Services Foundations. This programme focus on developing communication and academic skills, utilizing college resources for student success, assessing the suitability of human services careers, analyzing the academic and professional requirements of these careers, and discussing the theoretical concepts and practices applied in the human services field. Formerly, I studied International Business at Seneca College. The course helped me in broadening my perspectives on global market and enhanced understanding of cross-cultural communication and business strategies. I have a diverse background in education and administration, coupled with a zeal to excel in the field of Human Services and International Business. Previously I worked as a Trainer at Marco Global, where I specialized in teaching all modules for IELTS examination. The experience enabled me to have a deep understanding of effective communication and importance of personalized teaching for enhanced learning exposure.Moreover, I am currently working at the Sortation Center at Amazon, where I am directly involved in offloading stock deliveries, processing packages, and sorting it for different destinations. I have undertaken various responsibilities including container building, auditing, picking, splitting, facing, jam clearing, inducting, unloading, loading, and staging. Additionally, I am trained in problem solve as well where I process packages that are damaged or returned by customers. I have actively participated in Peak 2022 and 2023(summer and winter), contributing to the successful delivery of smiles to our customers.I actively contribute to achieve quality and productivity metrics by supporting Area Managers and Process Assistants in optimizing operations while prioritizing wokplace safety. My adaptable nature enabled me to assist fellow associates across different pods while focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
