In this role, I lead software and systems integration projects for the Gas and Chemical Systems (GCS) group, managing cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with OKRs and KPIs, driving process improvements, and deploying Samsung's iSystems suite and custom cloud applications to enhance efficiency and collaboration.One of my greatest achievements during my time here so far has been successfully leading our GCS-associated projects for the annual Maintenance Day initiative under tight deadlines and limited experience, coordinating 68 projects across 40 departments, navigating complex management dynamics, and adapting plans in response to unforeseen challenges to ensure seamless execution.
