In this role, I lead software and systems integration projects for the Gas and Chemical Systems (GCS) group, managing cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with OKRs and KPIs, driving process improvements, and deploying Samsung's iSystems suite and custom cloud applications to enhance efficiency and collaboration.One of my greatest achievements during my time here so far has been successfully leading our GCS-associated projects for the annual Maintenance Day initiative under tight deadlines and limited experience, coordinating 68 projects across 40 departments, navigating complex management dynamics, and adapting plans in response to unforeseen challenges to ensure seamless execution.

In this role, my main goal was to prevent incidents, safety- or supply-related, regardless of potential to fab impact, while showcasing concentrated efforts to continually improve and strengthen all teams: engineers, technicians, and management, in our response and execution in unknown and/or emergency situations.Established a robust drill program within the group to properly assess and improve our workforce. Consistently facilitated communication between engineers and stakeholders in order to streamline communication and work execution on capital expansion projects as well as normal maintenance projects and standardization efforts.Monitored and evaluated operations for the GCS department.

In this role, I designed and executed chemical production projects, optimizing processes, sourcing materials, and collaborating globally to expand capacity, troubleshoot and upgrade equipment, and implement cost-effective, sustainable solutions aligned with regulatory standards.One of my greatest achievements was leading the startup of a lithium hydroxide processing plant in Jordan, collaborating with local teams to troubleshoot commissioning obstacles and resolve a critical nitrogen conveyor issue to enhance operational efficiency.
