I have a PhD in Education with a focus on Leadership for Higher Education, and a post-master's certificate in Enrollment Management from Noel-Levitz, a leading consulting firm in the field.As the Executive Director of Enrollment Management at Oakland Community College, I was responsible for the strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation of college-wide student services activities and programs, including recruitment, orientation, financial aid, international student advisement, and placement testing. I led a team of over 75 staff members and managed an increasing budget of over $10 million. I also oversaw the adoption and integration of innovative technology solutions, such as CRM, to improve communication, efficiency, and data-driven decision making.
