After graduating from high school, it was certain that Industrial Engineering is the most favorable academic major to acquire skills that are necessary to create solutions to complex business processes. To expand awareness about the interaction between industrial automation, such as an integrated infrastructure based on computer and information technologies, and human relations in the corporate business community, courses from Business Administration and Control Engineering were taken. It was a beneficial preference to be a part of an SAP ecosystem when examining the capabilities of various industry-specific products, the innovation-based targets, customer-centric enterprise culture, and the business volume. Since 2015, have been assigned to varied projects that provide convenience to be aware of responsibilities and duties in an integrated ERP system and to afford an insight into disparate sectors, in NTT Data Business Solutions Turkey (formerly known as Itelligence Turkey). The progress in career as a Supply Chain consultant has been made by being rewarded with a senior degree in 2019.Between 2019-2021, was contributed to the Şişecam S/4HANA Transformation Project, which was the largest transformation project in the EMEA region, as an SD team lead. During this project, expertise was gained in how to manage large-scale transformation projects, lead a team of 6-7 consultants, implement localization requests specific to different countries, and ensure cooperation between business units. At the beginning of 2021, promoted thanks to the successful fulfillment of the voluntarily assumed responsibilities and the requirements of the current role. Since then, the role of Digital Experience Manager has been maintained. Within this role, the duties of business development, team building, creating new sales channels, and working as a solution architect in projects for Qualtrics and Vistex products have been undertaken.In 2022, knowledge gained from Digital Experience discipline will be leveraged for Retail solutions.
