Current• Manage Technical Account Managers and track their weekly work output, upskilled team through a six-month training program prior to team launch• Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product to provide data-based insights to improve the Customer Success organization, incl. Professional Services, Digital Marketing, and Client Success• Provide support to Client Success Managers with standard implementation or escalations that require resources from Professional Services or Technical Account Management
