Current- Manage Technical Account Managers and track their weekly work output, upskilled team through a six-month training program prior to team launch
- Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product to provide data-based insights to improve the Customer Success organization, incl. Professional Services, Digital Marketing, and Client Success
- Provide support to Client Success Managers with standard implementation or escalations that require resources from Professional Services or Technical Account Management
