We host events and workshops for GenZ and Millennial women to make new friends and learn something new. We're a community of women who share similar goals and interests and want to support each other along the way. In just a short-period of time, we've grown our community to 8000 women and counting.All of our events and workshops include a welcoming environment and activities to ensure an enjoyable and comfortable experience. We also partner with local businesses for collaborative workshops and sponsorship opportunities.As the Founder, I focus on end-to-end event management, branding and social media marketing, partnership relations, community engagement, volunteer management, and business development.

At the intersection of fashion and technology, The Fashion Zone is an interdisciplinary start-up incubator that provides growth and funding opportunities that ignite and inspire fashion innovation in Canada.As the Program Coordinator, I executed events, programs and strategic partnerships to support the growth of 200+ fashion designers and entrepreneurs, and to spark innovation in Toronto's creative industries.

SciXchange is the science outreach and communication department at Toronto Metropolitan University, aimed at making science engaging and accessible for all members of the general public, and becoming a global leader in science communication. Since 2017, SciXchange has expanded its programming to serve it's target audience through workshops, conferences, networking events, and more.As the Departmental Assistant, my responsibilities included event and program coordination, partner relations, financial management, social media management, candidate screening and hiring, and administrative operations.Created an original Instagram video series titles, What the Science?! where I share simple science concepts targeted to non-scientists aimed at breaking down the stigma that science is striclty academic or research based. This project capitalized on my skills in copy writing, video production, and project management.

Managed office operations and acted as the main point of contact for staff, faculty, and students. As the Departmental Assistant, I supported efficient office procedures, provided 1:1 support to students, communicated and upheld university policies, maintained confidential records, and liaised between departments to solve unique barriers to students' success.

Engaged with diverse audiences across Ontario to promote Toronto Metropolitan University to prospective students and relevant stakeholders. My responsibilities included effective communication, supporting the execution of small-large scale recruitment events, financial reporting, and addressing the unique needs of stakeholders to develop their interest in the organization.

End-to-end delivery of special engagements or specific event components, including conceptualization, development, execution, performance tracking and reporting, partner and sponsor management, and marketing and communications. Serving in-person, virtual and hybrid events for local businesses and national organizations, including Alan Anderson Design, Linder Global Events, and The Nature Conservancy.

Consulted new entrepreneurs on strategies to successfully optimize their online presence to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and convert followers to clients.
