I have an innate talent for seeing the potential in others and encouraging them to actualise this.I am passionate about sharing the knowledge transmitted through me to assist the evolution of humanity at large. There was never a dull moment at The JNC. From co-creation and delivery of the marketing and communications strategy, management and growth of a volunteer and service training program (VAST) for the Aged and Disability sector, to exploring social enterprise opportunities, I was committed to the achievement of outcomes and, ultimately, supporting the customers and communities we worked with. For many years while I managed the VAST Volunteer & Training Services team, I also delivered training workshops to diverse stakeholders from volunteers, support staff and management of councils including City of Sydney. I led a small team to cultivate ideas and opportunities, then research two promising social enterprise opportunities with a view to development and implementation. The primary aim was to offer niche services to the broader NFP sector via “VAST” (Volunteer and Training Services). My team’s knowledge of sector support training and volunteer recruitment and referral was considerable and our aim was to expand our services and sales.I was responsible for the business development of VAST that provided sector support for the Aged and Disability sector. I succeeded in the growth of “business to business” engagement and sales. This was made evident by an increase in sales, training attendances and more notably, attendance by new audiences at VAST Training.

For many years I was spinning smaller acts with bigger talent every Monday night on Bondi Radio.I interviewed emerging acts/artists and was proud to support our vibrant Australian (and international) music scene. Creating content and blogging for Yes Ma’am was constantly satisfying. I'd also like to acknowledge key YM contributors - Max Prentis for amazing illustrations & Tully, Kate and Loaf for great house/techno/deep house/tech house mixes on and off air.

Yes Ma'am is a small licensed artist management and booking agency based in Sydney. Using my industry knowledge, I focused on quality of services as opposed to quantity and provided 1:1 consultation with newer bands/acts to assess where they were, show them what they could achieve and create a plan to support their goals to be realities.
