Due to my research backgraond, I am hired as a physics Ph.D. researcher to work on the stochastic process. The project is on the stochastic phenomena and it is combined with statistical mechanics and computational science. It is based on statistic and developing uncertainty algorithms which are useful in fields of studies with fluctuations, like economical fluctuations or thermal noise on computational tools. So I am learning more as well as I am working on analyzing signals and data which is the most important part of my research and also developing algorithms skill (especially stochastic ones), although I am a programmer for years and I was the HPC teaching assistant.

Scientific ResearcherFreie Universität Berlin Jul 2019 - Jan 2021Berlin Area, GermanyIn this project, we aim at a multiscale modeling approach (MMA) for coupled catalytic cyclesfor gas conversion, each happening on a different kind of (nano-) particle. Such kind of MMAis an important ingredient for analyzing and interpreting experiments because it allows disentangling the effects on the nanoparticles from those on the mesoscopic or macroscopicscales at which conversion can be measured. The MMA must therefore appropriately couplemeso- and macroscale transport with atomistic kinetic modeling at the nanoscale. -
ResearcherUniversity Of Luxembourg Jan 2019 - Jul 2019LuxembourgThe Thermodynamics of ComputationThe present research project aims at establishing a new competence in the group ofthe Supervisor, starting from the strong competence of the members of this group oninformation theory in a thermodynamic context. This line of research will become the mainactivity of the PI, who is a permanent Research Assistant, in particular by training a Ph. D. onthese topics. The group is already moving in this direction. Starting from next September, experimental physicist and Control Theory expert Prof. John Bechhoefer (Simon FraserUniversity, British Columbia, Canada) will be spending a sabbatical period until the end of 2017.Bechhoefer has been among the first to realize an experiment to test Landauer’s bound oninformation erasure [Jun14] and has an active interest in questionsrelated to finite-time computation and control theory. Therefore, his visit will give the groupthe opportunity to learn, discuss and refine the research hypothesis that we present in thisapplication. Furthermore, the supervisor of the project Prof. Massimiliano Esposito will soonbe attending the workshop “Thermodynamics and computation: towards a new synthesis”, atSanta Fe Institute (USA) invited by D. Wolpert. -
StudentAbdus Salam International Centre For Theoretical Physics (Ictp) Feb 2019 - Mar 2019Trieste Area, ItalyMany complex systems in physics, biology, engineering and economics are characterized by a large number of interacting degrees of freedom giving rise to a non-trivial collective behavior. The theoretical and computational tools for a quantitative analysis of complex systems are often rooted in modern (statistical, quantum) physics. The Spring College on the Physics of Complex Systems gives students the opportunity to get in touch with a selection of topics at the forefront of research during an intensive 4-week program. It consists of 5 courses of 9 lectures each, followed by final written tests.Lecturers and Courses: Deepak DHAR (IISER, Pune, India)Self-Organized Criticality Henri ORLAND (CEA, France)Electrostatic Interactions in Soft and Biological Matter Shahin ROUHANI (Sharif U., Tehran, Iran)Statistical Mechanics of Two Dimensional Critical CurvesMukund THATTAI (NCBS, Bangalore, India)Randomness in BiologyBence TOTH (Capital Fund Management, Paris, France)Elements of Quantitative Finance -
Research AssistantInstitute For Advanced Studies In Basic Sciences, Zanjan Sep 2017 - Jul 2018IranFrom bacteria in microscale to mammals in large scale, living organisms make connections with each other and create a social network, that’s where a group behavior is resulted. They make these connections according to their individual capabilities and their demands due to environmental conditions involving predators’ attack danger and lack of food. Efforts have been made to find the relation between the colony size and the environmental conditions but the individuals’ capabilities have not been much considered in the literature. One of the individual capabilities which play an important role in the size of the colonies is their ability in deciding to be in connection with each other or not, where we call it “decision making”. In this project, we demonstrate the results of an empirical study of relationships between the herd size and the individuals’ capabilities especially their ability to make a decision. -
