EXOROB is a startup focused on developing an electronic wheelchair tailored for individuals with disabilities.I've joined this project as an architect to ensure the compatibility of the devices with building and urban standards. Additionally, I'm working to improve the design of different parts of the devices to better align with human ergonomics and design standards.My key responsibilities include:•Adaptation of building and architecture standards with implementation limitations of the prototype and matching with possible obstacles of the building and the city.•Collaborated with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers,software engineers, and designers, to integrate mechanical components into the overall design of the Exorob, ensuring optimal performance and use experience.•Conducted research and analysis of market trends and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for product improvement and innovation.•Developed and presented design concepts and prototypes for the Exorob, using 3D modeling and prototyping tools to simulate and test product performance and functionality.•Conducted testing and validation of mechanical components and systems for the Exorob, ensuring that they meet design specifications and regulatory requirements.•Worked with suppliers and vendors to source and procure high-quality mechanical components for the Exorob, ensuring timely delivery and cost-effective solutions.•Developed and maintained documentation for mechanical systems on the Exorob, including design specifications, manufacturing drawings, and testing procedures.•Participated in customer support and service activities related to the Exorob, including resolving technical issues and providing training and support to end-users.•Improving the design of various components to enhance human ergonomics.•Providing expertise on architectural principles and best practices.
