BGC is a Western Australia based group of companies involved in the full value of chain of construction (Quarries, Cement, Concrete, Transport, Bricks, Asphalt, Residential and Commercial Construction, Construction services)My role oversees transformation programs and analytical development across the group and aides & advises the CEO, CFO and GM of Strategy in strategic planning across the group. BGC is also currently in a group sale process - where I assist and inform the sales process team in due diligence preparation, sales presentations & documents and coaching of GMs in selling the BUs key value points.Responsibilities:• Lead cross-functional teams and PMOs to drive transformational change initiatives, including strategic projects, process improvements, automation, and digitalization.• Lead the development of corporate and business unit strategic plans, including market analysis, competitive intelligence, and business case development. Communicating results and recommendations to Board and senior management (CEO,CFO,GMs)• Oversee the development and implementation of advanced analytics capabilities, including predictive modelling, data visualization, and machine learning, to support data-driven decision making across the organization. • Collaborate with other business leaders to ensure alignment and integration of transformation and analytics initiatives across the organization.• Mentoring and development of analytical capability across the group in project management, development corporate presentations and data analysis• Enable successful due diligence through providing the Sales Process team with readily available and accurate financial data and analyses. Aiding preparation of sales documents such as IM, sales teasers and videos; BU sales presentations and coaching GMs in the presentation of key value points.
