Production Planning Responsible (Senior Planner)Prepare annual production plan considering sales budget. Daily, weekly and monthly production reports, analyzing differences of planned & actual figures.Direct production according to the orders both including the domestic and international customers. Planning production considering company budget, factory labor and machinery capacity, customer orders, minimum production quantities. Continuously monitor the planning and make necessary changes regarding urgent orders or lower production quantities than expected.Prepare monthly and yearly actual production vs. planning reports.

Preparing monthly and yearly actual production and planning reports. Preparing the occupancy rate and production plans weekly by taking into consideration the open orders.Relaying the business deadline plan depending on the product groups for upcoming orders to the sales department by taking the current orders into account. To prepare "The List of the Export Lacking Products" in line with customers' orders. To be ensure that products are delivered on time and complete, to inform customers about shipment. Preparing the annual production budgets & following accordingly.To prepare weekly production schedule for packaged products. Preparing the monthly production plan & directing the production by considering the market demands, production facilities and profitability.To control the incoming / outgoing products in Production Warehouse and check the registration. Preparing the daily Planned versus Actual Production & General Production Follow reports and presenting them to the seniors.Optimizing consignment export stocks to 3.5 monthly stock level and informing stock & shipping cases to consignment costumers.Preparing Order-Shipping-Remaining reports to all export costumers weekly.Preparing Efficiency Reports.Complete - the systematic procedures on Oracle - month end procedures.

Material Planning & Stock Control and Purchasing SpecialistPreparing master material requirement plans according to the monthly production plan.Preparing the bill of materials for the packaging department, and following up the applications in order to provide continuous improvement.Getting the material stocks at the minimum level that is enough for the operating activities and following up the material stocks according to the varying production quantities.Revise the existing product trees of packaging department and preparing the new product trees. Doing the delivery, stock transfers' and checkout processes in Oracle ERP system, as to keep the system up to date.Completing the purchasing processes for the materials required in Oracle and doing the all purchase operations until the materials get into the stocks. Preventing to open new purchasing orders if there is already one and following up the open orders by using the Oracle purchasing reports. To control the incoming & outgoing products in Material Warehouse and check the registration. Creating the raw & auxiliary material purchase orders in accordance with costumers' orders and forecasts and keeping the stock level optimum in order not to delay the production.
