• Controlling all plastic molds in suppliers,solving their problems,doing their modifications,design changes and making correct try-outs.• Controlling mold maintenances ,working parameters (cycle time,working coolant systems..etc.) and -if there is a problem-correcting the parameters or trying to make production more efficient.• Controlling new plastic part designs and decide their mold spects.( cavities,runner types,injection machines...etc.) then taking offers from Turkey and overseas mold companies with purchasing dept.• Controlling the new mold designs by using Pro-engineer and their analysies by using Moldflow programs.• Controlling the mold manufacturings day by day and making their final try-outs at Turkey or overseas mold companies.• Researching new plastic materials and making try-outs for cost down or better productions.
