Celebi is globally known for ground handling services it provides for airline companies and cargo operations as well as food, vehicle fleet businesses it owns. I as part of its IT department am the main responsible for smooth operating of whole network devices, connections (G.SHDSL, Ipsec, Metro ethernet, DSL, ADSL, VDSL etc) plus the company firewalls main one being the Checkpoint. Here is the role I have been playing for the company so far:• Manage all requests regarding firewalls i.e. permissions, security, remote access, Application filtering, log management.• Get involved in case of a reported/suspected network problem. • Configure routers, switches, access points, firewalls, modems• As a project, the moving of Celebi buildings inside the Ataturk airport Istanbul which includes a data centre move • Network take over of an acquired cargo company in Frankfurt• Communicating with Celebi Global companies i.e. Germany, Austria, India for resolving/assisting with network and firewall problems.• Installing Peplink Max HD2, Peplink Balance 30 and 305 multi-wan load balancers• Infrastructure isolation of group companies suchs as Little Caesars, Cetur, Port of Bandirma, Yatirim Holding and Modern Yapi which involves setting up separate MPLS networks for each company, moving all relevant servers to a Turkish Telecom owned data center, setting up firewall and mobile access permissions for each company, moving APNs for new networks etc.

• Administering and configuring network devices • Administering servers• Performing the Project Engineering role for Therapy Data Management System (TDMS) in coordination with Fresenius HQ in Germany, which is a HIS application that sets the dialysis machines automatically by using patient cards, intelligent scales and a Server connected to the prescription management system. TDMS incorporates Fresenius 5008 dialysis machines and scales into the TCP/IP network and helps produce detailed real-time and post-treatment reporting. • Acting as the Project Engineer for Patient Online (POL), an in-house developed software for medical staff to manage the prescriptions for peritoneal dialysis patients across the country.• Monitoring all network devices such as routers, switches, wireless access points by using a software that utilizes SNMP functionalities of these devices and ensure that all IT users have uninterrupted service. •Responding the requests of all IT users across the country and if I am not who can solve the problem then escalate it to the right personnel• Maintaining the VoIP system• Managing two outsourced employees who together forms a helpdesk and provides level one user support.• Managing relationships with ISPs, third party service providers.• Managing Personnel Attendance and Time Management System • Managing day to day operations of the compnay firewall
