At TDC Erhverv, I have played a significant and highly central role in the company. This includes helping thousands of private and business customers with the implementation of new solutions, providing guidance on IT solutions, and assisting with resolving customers' issues with mobile phones and internet solutions when they have failed.I have shared my knowledge and previous experiences in IT to give customers the best experience and understanding of their IT solutions.

Working at Fakta during the coronavirus pandemic has been an ideal role for me. During my time at Fakta, I have been involved in management, handling employees, overseeing operations, maintaining departments, and receiving goods. Additionally, I have been responsible for creating a close relationship between the store and its customers.

I have had an essential role at Elgiganten, where at a young age, I have been involved in sales, customer service, handling product reception, product delivery, product preparation, and have also been responsible for the Click & Collect department.As a 15-year-old, I have managed to develop within the consumer electronics industry and gained the responsibility to handle the above areas. All this has happened within 3 years while I have been attending school.
