- Engineering Systems lead on multiple project roll-outs including IoT connectivity initiative, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) solution, and analytical dashboard development and deployment across the Operations group.- Employed data mining techniques to build regression model of expected processing times per station. Subsequently built, tested, and deployed simulation model of a highly variable assembly line. The simulation model resulted in improvement across 82% of work centers.- Created initiatives to identify and train individuals on knime, tableau, sql, and other BI tools. Subsequently lead recurring development sessions to further coax the adoption of common analytics tools across the operations group.

-Took ownership over a variety of projects in locations across North America (Dallas, LA, Atlanta). Each 6 month rotation provided experience and exposure to problems in different parts of the business.Modeled, tested, and implemented a comprehensive plan to move ~$6,000,000 worth of inventory between two production facilities in the Dallas area. Additionally planned and implemented the move of production cells and all office personnel between both facilities.-Utilized statistical methods to analyze inventory usage patterns, stocking levels, and space consumption to drive down part shortages while simultaneously reducing storage space requirements. Ultimately the plant saw a 15% improvement in part availability and 20% reduction in on-site storage space needs.-Revived indoor GPS IoT system in order to enable collection of key production flow data. Subsequently, mined data related to production performance and developed a variety of models to report on overall efficiency per work cell.-Lead a cross-functional team to trace the root cause of an issue that was costing the company ~$630,000 per year. Our investigation led to packaging & process improvements. Additionally, we were able to build a complete and robust process map of the current state for dealing with returned goods and damaged goods.

-Built a variety of ETL workflows in informatica as per business requirements. Took on increasing responsibility to collect business requirements directly from the client and then translate into technical requirements for offshore resources.-Developed underlying business logic for a multitude of analytics reports. Utilized a variety of standard BI tools such as SQL, Tableau, and Python to meet client needs.-Directed day to day objectives and next steps for two offshore resources. Once developed, took the developed solution through several rounds of testing and QA.

Performed diagnostic trouble shooting for web based applications. Developed robust SQL queries in order to analyze issues and identify opportunities for system improvement.

Worked with AutoCAD and Revit converting 2D components into 3D components. Updated companywide AutoCAD component library (2D into 3D) to compete with competitors.

Worked with contractors and site supervisors to verify American Society for Testing and Materials(ASTM) standards. Provided geotechnical analysis and reporting on soil & concrete conditions.
