I am a Registered Dietitian (since 2021) and experienced Nutritionist with over a decade in the health, wellness, and fitness industry. I hold a Master of Professional Studies in Nutrition and Dietetics from Penn State University and a Master’s Degree in Applied Clinical Nutrition from Northeast College of Health Sciences.With a strong background in one-on-one coaching (2014–2021), I have helped over 2,000 clients optimize their nutrition and performance through tailored strategies. My experience also includes food service management (Penn State Campus Dining 2017–2019), sales, public speaking, and team leadership.In addition to nutrition, I bring over 10 years of experience in fitness and exercise, holding CrossFit Level 1, Level 2, and CrossFit Kids certifications.
