I worked as workability engineer for 6 years at MAN T&B and this experience contributes me to develop my problem solving abilities. I solved many problems which are varies from different sources. To set a problem definition, analyse the root cause analysis, making different trials lead me to evalute a problem with all aspects and make the best of their solutions each time. In order to sustain these solutions, I execute many standardization steps for all solutions.My role leads me to be in connection with all departments nearly in our plant such as Logistics, Quality, Purchasing & Controlling. This improves me at communication & team work, also creates a bigger vision to understand all relations between departments and main processes of a production plant.
