With the team of 450 people, we ran a injection moulding production facility in three shifts with very high seasonal impact. Planning of scheduling, purchasing of raw materials and exports with this very high/low seasonal product group required high calibre processes and systems. Implementation of SAP systems and obtaining of ISO 9001 standarts helped us to achieve the targets.During my 3 years in Etap Plastik A.Ş., I planned, facilitated and executed three major projects. First was the implementation of SAP, other two, which were joint venture set ups with German crate producer Scholler and Israel’s biggest garden furniture producer Keter, involved major feasibility studies and business cases.
