CurrentAs IT Director at Göl Yatırım Holding, I lead and oversee the IT strategies for a diverse group operating across industries such as Cement, Ready-Mix Concrete, Energy, Wood Products, Agriculture, Food, and Education. The group includes publicly traded companies such as Göltaş Çimento, a leader in the cement industry, and Orma Orman Ürünleri, a prominent player in the wood products sector. My role encompasses the end-to-end management of IT processes, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with business goals. Currently, I am spearheading critical digital transformation initiatives, including: - RISE with SAP Project: Migrating all group companies from fragmented SAP R/3 systems to a unified SAP S/4HANA platform. - Microsoft 365 Implementation: Enhancing collaboration and productivity across teams. - IT Infrastructure Modernization: Upgrading and standardizing systems across 11 locations to ensure reliability and scalability. In addition, I ensure compliance with ISO 27001 standards, providing robust information security management. My team delivers IT support across all locations, maintaining high service levels while optimizing resources. With a focus on innovation and efficiency, I am committed to driving the digital transformation journey, enabling Göl Yatırım Holding to remain competitive in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.
