I was responsible to optimize production assembly line for armoured vehicles ( Multi-Purpose Armoured Vehicles, Tactical Wheeled vehicles, Logistic Support Vehicles, Special Vehicles) according to lean production system. Details of responsibilities as below; -Prepared layouts for assembly line-Defined requirements and risks and took an actions according to situation-Made make-buy analysis for new production parts-Prepared mBOM according to assembly stations -Made assembly insructions-Ensured the suitable assembly tools-Made ergonomic improvements -Solved line and quality problems-Created KANBAN system with other departments

Primarily responsible for the process control and improvement activities in curing and tire production processes. These activities are included; - Control and improvement of processes in mass production - Perform start-up operations for curing presses - After take a new Technical Order and Technical Instroduction, calculate the tire specification according to the technical drawing and create a new spec - Follow the all steps ( material, curing, mold and test house ) - Control green tire and eliminate defects - Control cured tire and examine all inspection results - Using Seven tools of quality to investigate causes - Improve the mass production with using SPC and MSA - Use the lean manufacturing technique ( 5S, Kaizen,kanban,MTS...) for continuous improvement Secondary responsibility is membership of Quality Management System for Production Technologies (PT) department. These responsibilities; - Create flowcharts, control plans, FMEA, control forms, standarts and procedures - Support the QA team for OE requirement ( APQP, PPAP ) - Participate the internal audit with QA department - Attented actively in the audits of COP, ISO9001 TS16949 ISO27001 ISO14001 certifications behalf of PT department And also responsible for the process control and improvement activities in spike pin process which is used first time in SRI Group . - Start-up operation -Layout operation according to lean production -Create new specifications -Training to production,engineering members -Create flowcharts, control plans, FMEA, control forms, standarts and procedures
