Directly reporting to company COO, responsible for Human Resources, Facilities, IT, Marketing Coordination and Administration at a regional brokerage with over forty employees.

Responsible for all operating accounting responsibilities including bank account reconciliation (including regulated Trust account), reconciliation and booking of all agency receivables, processing of all agency and vendor payables, resolution of all aged receivables, payroll processing, 1099s, vendor management, and IT support requests.
