Rogers Unison gives you the best features of a traditional business phone system in a truly flexible solution.Roles & Responsibilities : Vendor transition management: Actively involved in knowledge transfer and scaling up technical teams. Leading a team of 10 engineers to design and implement test strategy for a cloud-based solution called Roger's Unison. Managing various client stakeholders to plan workload distribution across Onshore and offshore locations. Leading the forward and reverse shadow sessions in the transition phase of the project.Understanding the key applications of the system and transferring the knowledge to offshore team members.
