George Sinclair is a Senior Vice President with Lennard Commercial. With over 30 years of experience, having worked previously with Colliers and JLL. He just recently joined Lennard to head up a team with his co-partner Trevor Ellis, and their junior assistant Brian Heming. His area of expertise includes land acquisitions, having recently sold a parcel of land in Brampton for $60 million, industrial sales, leasing, tenant representation including lease renewals, design/build projects, and landlord listings. George has helped companies such as Weston Bakeries, Samuel Son & Co., Canada Bread, Maple Leaf Foods, Culligan Water, Sysco Foods, including several design/build projects. George handles the real estate for Indigo Chapters, having represented Indigo on a 700,000 S.F. lease renewal. George has leased and sold over 200 buildings totaling over 10,000,000 S.F. over his career. Prior to his commercial real estate career, George spent some time in the international foreign exchange & money markets industry.

After graduating from Queens University with a commerce degree many years ago and spending the first ten years of my career in the investment industry , I decided it was time to take on a new and exciting challenge and so began my career in the commercial real estate industry. It has been over 25 years now since I joined Colliers International which is now the fastest growing global commercial real estate company in the world.
