Oversaw all aspects of the admissions process including outreach, recruitment, advertising, interviews, student assessment, and the acceptance of a cohort of 160 students every March and September. Annually connected with over 1,000 young adults in the Boston area, interviewed and assessed over 500 applicants, and accepted and dually enrolled over 300.
