I am a Managing Partner at Novak Innovation, currently leading a team of strategists, researchers and designers in projects spanning business and market strategy, customer experience, service design and digital experiences.Previously, I was a co-founder and the Creative Director of Restate Media, an interactive design studio, managing user experience (UX), user interface (UI) and graphic design projects for 14 years.In academia, I've been closely collaborating with the Center for Superior Design Studies (CEDIM) in Monterrey, where I've been teaching innovation, creative thinking, interactive design and typography courses. Between 2010 to 2012 I was the Creative Director of the institution, leading their internal design and communications team.Over time, I've also had the privilege to contribute as a news editor in several design portals and I've also collaborated as a guest writer with various magazines. Some of my personal work has been showcased in design news websites, blogs, magazines and books.Occasionally, I give talks on topics covering innovation frameworks & methods, interaction design and contemporary media (for a full list, please refer to the Projects section below).
