CurrentBeing part of pick-up counter I would file paperwork for orders being picked up for customers, pick orders from the warehouse, as well as communication with the sales representatives so orders would get out to customers in a timely manner. I also learned the codes in order to place orders for customers. Skills learned: ● Order form layouts. ● Transfering shipments from one branch to another as well as picking product from the warehouse. ● Organization within my department.. ● Handling several orders, customers and managing several calls in a timely manner. ● Making calls to customers for orders to be picked up.
