Who are the Tembisa Tots? There is a small orphanage in the township of Tembisa, South Africa. I was introduced to Mama and these darling tots in May 2011. This local orphanage has changed my life. Regina (Mama) and the children have opened my eyes to a new world and perspective. I wish everyone had the opportunity to experience what I have.All proceeds go directly to the orphanage. Whether it be food, toys, diapers, or medicine, everything will is for Mama and the children. I’m not asking for any large donations, but a simple amount would do so much for them.

As Director of Community, my primary role is to procure and support new channel partners, nonprofits, and industry leaders by providing educational products, scholarship/impact opportunities, and talent solutions for our growing sector.

Executed and planned events and programs for all Kiln locations. Ensuring each activation is within brand and cohesive to deliverables. Created and maintained member programs for multiple Kilns including: Salt Lake, Lehi I, Lehi II, Park City, and Boulder, CO. Directed all aspects of large event planning and execution on three continents for a portfolio of seven enterprise accounts generating $1.2M in annual revenue.• Managed on-site logistics, utilizing leading edge technologies and event management software (EMS) to create an integrated and engaging experience• Oversaw website and mobile app development, lead retrieval, session management, swag and gifts, meals, and registration management for multiple shows and events per month with up to 40,000 attendees• Managed lead retrieval systems for site exhibitors, using scanning devices and applications to capture data regarding attendee behaviors during the events and provide lead data to clients after events

Hired to lead project management for the brand marketing team for a large medical staffing company and oversaw end-to-end event planning and execution for five brands.• Led event registration and multiple booth set ups at each show in collaboration with branding, graphics, advertising, and vendor teams to ensure show success• Worked closely with creative partners to develop customized content, branding, booth concepts, and themes for each show and worked with both internal and third-party designers to create booth graphics• Managed deliverables and timelines across multiple internal and external teams and vendors, including electrical, freight, booth assembly, and travel arrangements• Directed on-site brand teams in lead retrieval and data gathering to fill the pipeline with new and viable opportunities

(August 2008 - June 2015)Promoted to manage public relations with associations and schools for continuing education and oversaw all internal communications. Managed all aspects of trade show planning and execution for up to 20 shows per year. Coordinated with event staff, graphic designers, and brand marketing teams to facilitate show registrations, logistics, and follow up.

(June 2006 - August 2008)Supported internal project teams for a blood research and testing laboratory. Assisted with the implementation of the LabTV digital messaging system to improve communications across remote locations and implemented a conference room management EMS platform to streamline scheduling practices.
