As an EM at JABLOTRON CLOUD Services, I manage five backend teams, ensuring the delivery of quarterly objectives through effective planning. I oversee recruitment efforts, establish new teams, and drive process improvements across the organization.I am also actively involved in reshaping the company's structure and contributing to the development of a competency model for both management and technical career tracks.

In my role as an IoT Manager at Denso, I was tasked with analyzing the company's current systems, evaluating their alignment with business needs, and developing a comprehensive digitalization strategy. I presented this strategy to top management for validation and subsequently implemented it in close collaboration with the TIE department.Key activities included selecting a new MES (Manufacturing Execution System) and preparing system specifications for both existing and new production lines to ensure MES integration. I also led the standardization of data, addressing inconsistencies across different factory sections by introducing unified naming conventions and establishing a new Bill of Materials (BoM) structure optimized for digitalization and data processing.Throughout the project, I managed and expanded a small, dedicated team to support these initiatives.
