Recorded applicant information accurately into company database to maintain accurate information relating to each individual and status of their submittals. Responsible for posting new positions to internal web-based database as well as other online database services (i.e. Monster, Dice Google groups). Ensuring the candidates join at the client place on the committed date. Maintain daily & weekly status lists of all activities through MS Excel. Manage the entire recruitment process. Form strategic partnerships with senior management to determine Staffing needs.  Interview, assess and evaluate applicants to determine their qualifications and appropriate match with client needs.
