As a management consultant I mainly work with clients in the public sector, helping them create value and better services. My typical role would be to advice the client as a project or process manager, helping plan and execute projects while maintaining a clear understanding of which problems are sought to be solved, for whom, and what the best way to do it would be. Often, public services will benefit from new digital technology, and I. as a professional and an individual, take a particular interest in being able to help public service providers leverage the newest technology in order to keep providing better value and services to their clients - people in general.

ANSA - Association of Norwegian Students Abroad - is a non-profit and independent organisation voicing the interests of Norwegian students who study abroad. ANSA's aim is to maintain and promote the educational, cultural, political and economic interests of Norwegian students abroad. Currently nearly 21 300 Norwegian students are studying abroad in over 90 countries at over 1200 educational institutions worldwide.Represented ANSA in various capacities during the years 2008-2015:• 2008-2010: Contact person for ANSA at the University of Portsmouth. Responsible for replying to requests from Norwegians interested in studying in Portsmouth. • 2010-2012: Chairman of ANSA Brno. Chaired the local board, made up by eight board members who worked towards maintaining and improving the welfare of Norwegian students in Brno• 2010-2012: Board member ANSA Tsjekkia (Czech Republic). Participated in the planning and delivery of large social and educational events at a national level. • 2012-2013: Board member ANSA. The Board of Members consists of six students currently studying abroad, two students who have previously studied abroad, ANSA’s president and a representative for the employees at ANSA. The Board is responsible for ANSA’s political priorities, finances and the main goals of the organisation.• 2013-2014: Secretary to the Board of Members.• 2014-2015: Member of the Control Committee.
