My main role includes maintaining and growing the overall business relationship with our key clients in the region. Managing the contracts and pricing structure as well as providing business advice for their logistical requirements. My customers in the region icludes major companies in the maritime equipment industry, aquaculture and furiture.

HBC is an Oslo Stock Exchange listed ingredient manufacturer, utilizing salmon offcuts that we sourced from our sister companies in the Hofseth Group. My roles include managing our largest strategic accounts in the global ingredient business for our B2B segment. This includes building and expanding the relationships to grow revenue and margin. Day to day tasks also includes calculating quotes for customers, resource planning in sales/production and working closely with logistics, for smooth deliveries of our high-quality ingredients to our key customers. I also focused on building and expanding the Brilliant Salmon Oil B2C brand, focusing on expanding the sales channels to international markets and contributing to brand and product development.

Following acquisition of Ship Equip by London based Inmarsat plc, the world industry leader and pioneer of mobile satellite communications, continued in same role as within Ship Equip (see below), adding also business development and introduction of new services to the partner network. Sales management of specific distribution partners also part of my responsibility as new organization utilizes an extensive global partner network for sales and distribution for a major part of the overall sales budget. Training and developing existing Inmarsat Account Managers and partners in selling of the XpressLink product range. Wide experience from oil and gas sector, focusing on this area for several years during business development phase of the SEVSAT/XL service. 2015-2017 worked in global advisory role with responsibility for sales and introduction of newly launched service based on USD 1.6bn investment in next generation satellite constellation.
