About Sindu Murugathas

I am a dedicated, effective and relationship-driven Engagement professional, with invaluable experience in driving stakeholder engagement, customer engagement and community engagement, to aide organisations in achieving their short and long-term goals. In my most recent role as Senior Engagement Officer with NPS MedicineWise, I was responsible for steering and managing engagement within the PHN (Primary Health Network) to promote programs surrounding the most effective, safe and compliant use of medicines and medicinal technologies. This involved cultivating productive relationships with stakeholders such as General Practitioners, Practice Managers and colleagues from various areas of NPS.Through working in engagement positions, it has been apparent that some of my key strengths reside in establishing and maintaining rapport with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
