Mathematics teacher, based in a secondary state school in East London. I hold a master's degree in education from the University of Exeter. I have also worked in alternative provisions, supporting students with socio-emotional and behavioral needs. Prior to transitioning to teaching, I worked as a content writer and editor for eight years, overseeing communication projects for start ups, publishers and independent authors. A year-long stint volunteering for an NGO focusing on rural education led to the transition to teaching.
