After nearly 4 years as a Business Development Manager within G-Force, it felt only natural for me to progress into the Operation Manager’s role. I am now able to control and support the business from an Operations perspective, whilst still having an extremely passionate connection with our clients and ensuring their aspirations and requirements are always delivered.I feel like I have the best of both worlds now. I get to still work closely with our clients and I get to support the business on an operational level.
