Sinead is a chartered physiotherapist and member of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists. She has over 30 years experience in the treatment of sports & orthopaedic injuries, elderly care, oncology, lymphoedema and palliative care. She has authored and co-authored a number of papers on palliative care physiotherapy and lymphoedema in palliative care, as well a contributing book chapters about fatigue in palliative care patients.She has spoken at a number of national an international conferences in the fields of palliative care and oedema/lymphoedema.She is now a trained yoga and somatics teacher with a keen interest in exploring their use to reduce stress and improve overall health.
