Specifically going in depth in India and Indonesia, my responsibilities included conducting a number of focus groups and developing messaging that could be used in these markets to report harmful content, instead of sharing it.My work regularly included working alongside, and presenting to, a U.S team of stakeholders and external child safety experts to ensure that messaging and communications resonated with communities, whilst also meeting business objectives.Cabinet Office, COVID-19 Vaccine Confidence Supporting the Cabinet Office with its COVID-19 vaccine roll-out to encourage younger people to get the COVID-19 vaccine, against a backdrop of hesitancy, mistrust, fatigue and slowing uptake.My responsibilities included facilitating and communicating a series of new partnerships and activity that tapped into young people’s passion points, including dating, music and social media platforms. Channels including Snapchat, Hinge, Bumble and Instagram created bespoke content that social normed the vaccine.As a result, hundreds of pieces of coverage across key titles including BBC Radio One, Mail Online, plus strong social engagement (TikTok LIVE watched by 12,000 people). -
