Sinéad Randig is the General Manager – Quality Consulting for MAS Solutions LLC. In this capacity, she oversees MAS' Quality Group, which includes the design, development and delivery of MAS Solutions' Management Programs and Training Programs. She is also Management Representative for MAS Solutions LLC’s Business Management System. MAS Solutions LLC is an ISO 9001:2015 Registered Company.As an experienced consultant, Sinéad assists clients with the development and documentation of their Quality Management Systems (QMS), QMS implementation and ISO 9001 certification, as well as providing long-term support, including internal auditing, issue resolution and employee training.Her expertise in instructional design and in the application of learning theories allows her to create cutting-edge programs based on the latest, progressive learning technologies. Program delivery options range from seminars to workshops, webinars to self-directed learning modules. Program designs are multi-modal, incorporating all learning styles and multiple intelligences, emphasizing the use of critical thinking skills and most importantly, behaviors that result in improved on-the-job performance.Prior to joining MAS Solutions, she held the position of Director of Curriculum & Instructional Design for ICAL (the International Center for Accelerative Learning) for 10 years. Sinéad has 19 years of training experience and is both a Master Trainer and an expert in the field of Instructional Design.Sinéad has worked in Europe, South-East Asia, Mexico and the United States in a variety of training positions and has designed and delivered training in the financial, educational, hospitality, construction, media and manufacturing industries.She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University College Dublin (UCD), Dublin, Ireland and a Master of Business Studies from the Smurfit Graduate Business School, UCD, Dublin, Ireland, specializing in Organizational Behavior and Development.
