Senior Revenue Assurance Analyst
CurrentQualified Cvidya Revenue Assurance Associate Responsibilities include•Monitor & assure Three's revenue streams through the completion of daily activities (e.g. trending, reconciliations)•Carryout detailed deep-dive/data mining in addition to defined processes to verify services are operating & charging correctly.•Design and carryout post deployment checks for Projects / MFCs / Operational Fixes ensuring that there is no adverse impact on customers and revenues.•Initiate & drive appropriate corrective action liaising with other departments and 3rd parties to resolve revenue and customer impacting issues.•Work within cross-functional project teams as required to ensure new products and services are delivered with minimal impact on customers and the revenue streams.•Develop and implement new reports, measures and analysis to support the Billing & Revenue Assurance function ensuring that processes are extended to cover new products & services.Support the revenue assurance strategy and realise improvements by enhancing and automating routine processes and reporting.•Deliver effective Stakeholder Management and communications.
