I have built up a portfolio career within the wellbeing and arts sector over the past ten years. Initiative, integrity, mindfulness and great networking and communication skills have been a compulsory aspect of my working life. I am a passionate person: I enjoy a challenge, creating new and authentic possibilities and projects and I enjoy guiding and motivating others to be the best they can be. I interact well with people from all walks of life. I work as a Soul Singer, Creative Producer and Wellbeing Coach- It works together really well and I love my job. I work on a freelance contract for Bradford Producing Hub as the Music Instigator: I am a voice and consultant for the music sector in Bradford and strategically support and and improve the music scene in Bradford. I am currently the chair of Bradfords Music Steering group and I attend key meetings with influencers such as The Cultural Voice Forum which is a key voice for freelancers in Bradford arts sector. I have a seat on The Cultural Partnership Meeting chaired Susan Hincliffe and Kersten England- the Chief Executive and Leader of the council. I create partnerships, opportunities, Training and career pathway advise, provide consultations and identify funding opportunities.I have Produced projects with Theatre in Flow funded by the Bradford 2025 Bid working with the black community in Bradford.In 2021, I created Bradford Buskival which is a busking Festival that celebrates music in Bradford and advocates diversity inclusion and acceptance within the music scene: I produced and delivered the project with a small team. I am the founder of Konscious Konduit Holistic Therapy with specialises in delivering wellbeing workshops for the creative arts sector. I am a professional Singer-Songwriter I have self released numerous EP’s and am now working to build a new soul brand and sound which I am excited about- I wish to integrate community projects into this work. I enjoy co-producing and writing music, making music videos and creating authentic content for audiences to relate to- this is where the wellbeing experience syncs up nicely: its great to have a deep and interesting foundation as an artist. I am competent with distributing my own music, planning release campaigns, identifying development opportunities, marketing and PR: This experience has set me up powerfully for my current Music Instigator role.I have had many jobs throughout the years alongside my freelance career, because of this I have built skills in leadership, administration, customer service and finance.
