As part of the Product Development & Transformation Team I managed a portfolio of 40 SME IDA client companies; mainly technology and content business services companies located in remote regional areas across Ireland. My focus was on sustaining the portfolio through client engagement, networking opportunities and marketing of new IDA service offerings to these companies. The activities that were progressed with companies have been a mix of training supports, lean initiatives, regional networking events and one to one business opportunities.
