• Primary point of contact for a select group of Level3’s most important European CDN (Content Delivery Network) clients consisting mainly of large European broadcasters;
• Resolving customer issues and requests across the full range of CDN products – adding geo blocking, creating media new streams, adding token authentication, flv scrubbing, creating/editing caching properties and many.
• Extensive knowledge of Level3 CDN services (streaming, caching and storage) provided to customer’s through daily and weekly contact;

• I was selected to take on an additional role to represent the Dublin office by taking on the role as CDN Customer Service Lead to help the company achieve its goal for being the "Easiest Company to do Business With" in.
